To nominate your team fill out the form below. A Nomination Fee of $100 is required. If you register for a league with a waiting list, and space does not become available then your Nomination Fee will be refunded. Teams that are on waiting lists will be notified if they have placement in their selected league at the conclusion of the current regular season's games (before finals). We give priority nomination to teams playing in the current season, however, don't let that deter you! Usually a few team spots open up each season. Note: Annual Player Registration is $63 for 12 months per player and must be paid before the first game. It includes a jersey in your team's custom design, basic injury insurance and an online player profile. Once registered a player can participate in any Sydney Social Soccer league.

Uniforms

Custom designed jerseys are included in your Annual Player Registration for each player! You can work with our designer to get the exact look you're going for, or supply a design of your choice/creation. Our jerseys are fully sublimated, 100% polyester. If you already have jerseys, each player can take a $30 discount with their Annual Player Registration.

If you already have jerseys we can offer a $30 discount per player. Matching shorts are just $33 extra per player. Replacement singlets cost $50. All players must wear matching design & colour uniforms. Uniforms must have numbers on the front and back. Any player that participates out of uniform will penalize his team by 2 points at the start of the game. Shorts don’t have to be matching across the team, however no shorts with loose pockets or loose cords are allowed.

Will you pay your Team Fees by Cash or EFT?

Team Fee amount per league/night can be seen at the top of this page under 'League Information' section. Team Fees must be paid by Round 2. Please collect the Team Fees and pay them in a lump sum (single transaction, all together). They can be paid to the scorebench in cash, or online via EFT.

Each player must pay their Annual Player Registration before the first game using the "Annual Player Registration" page. Player Registration includes a jersey in your teams custom design, basic injury insurance and an online player profile.

Formalities

I understand the Player and Spectator Code of Conduct and will do my best, with my team, to work in accordance with it.

I understand the Rules & BYLAWS of the league I have applied for. I will educate my team on these rules.

I understand any player can be suspended or banned from the competition for misconduct under the interpretation of the refereers, scorebench/court supervisor and the manager of the Sydney Social Soccer league at any time. No player will be given a refund of their registration upon being suspended or banned.

I understand that Sydney Social Soccer League can change any of the rules or schedules at any time during the season. If a rule or schedule is changed then you will be notified as soon as possible after the change.

I acknowledge that Sydney Social Soccer takes photographs and videos of players/spectators participating or viewing Sydney Social Soccer competitions and consent to their use for website/marketing/advertising use. If a player objects to their photo being used email info@sydneysocialsoccer.com and it will be removed.

I understand that to make an insurance claim I must ask the league for insurance claim details and instructions and notify the insurer directly within 28 days of my injury.

I understand that jerseys typically take 3-6 weeks to arrive once ordered. One jersey is included per registration. Replacement jerseys cost $53. If upgrading jerseys, joining a new team, or playing in multiple teams each extra jersey is also $53. Shorts can be ordered for an additional cost of $33 each. Until jerseys arrive you will be given full singlet numbered bibs to play in.

I understand that forfeiting incurs a fine of $100. An invoice will be sent to me for payment once the forfeit is confirmed. This is to reimburse your opponents fees. If you can let us know with at least 24 hours of notice, then we may be able to waive the forfeit fee.

Sydney Social Soccer reserves the right to remove a team from the competition who are frequently forfeiting games, displaying extremely poor conduct or are highly disorganised. Other than remaining Team Fees for the season, no other fees will be refunded.

If your team is not accepted into the competition we will email you and process a refund. If you are accepted into a league and then you choose not to play, you will NOT be given a refund.
